What if I have questions prior to making a reservation?
Our customer Care Agents have vast knowledge of the event, local hotels, and other travel information pertinent in helping you find the best hotel accommodations for you and your group. After reviewing this information with the Customer Care Agent, we can sometimes hold rooms at no cost for 24 hours so that you can check with the rest of your group to decide which property would be best for your needs. Please note that we cannot provide courtesy holds within 3 weeks of the event.

How do I make a reservation?
After visiting the Property Information pages of the hotels that are available for the event you will be attending, please call us at (800) 571-8409 and request your reservation. Our Customer Care Agent will guide you through the booking process, explain our reservation policies and procedures, and input your reservation through the system. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via fax or email that you will need to sign and return to ResNetwork to verify your reservation.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, your Card Security Code and address verification are necessary to book your room as well as proof of person to secure your reservation.

What credit card types are accepted for payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How will this charge appear on my credit card statement?
All hotel room & tax charges will appear as Reservations Network (PA) on your credit card statement. Please be aware that you will NOT be charged by the hotel for any room and tax charge. The hotel you choose will charge your credit card for incidental charges like parking, room service, telephone, etc.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
Rates are quoted on a nightly or grand total basis unless otherwise specified. Taxes, service fees, extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charges.

When will my reservation be on file at the hotel?
Your name may not appear with the hotel until 72 hours before your arrival date. If you booked within 3 days of check-in, then once payment has been processed, within 24 hours your name will be on file with the hotel.

Please note that with special events having so many groups and room blocks, hotels will sometimes wait to input your name until they have all names for the entire room block which can impact your name being on file with the hotel. Rest-assured, we will have your name in the hotel's reservation system 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a fax or email confirmation from ResNetwork. When you receive it, simply verify that the information is correct, sign, and either email or fax back. That's it — you are all set.

Can I buy tickets to the event through ResNetwork?
Sometimes, ResNetwork will offer packages that will include hotel room, game tickets, etc. This information will be listed on the Event webpage. Otherwise, for all of your ticket needs, please visit www.majorleagueevents.com to purchase your event tickets. Please note that Major League Events is not affiliated with ResNetwork.

Can I change the name of the person staying in the room?
Yes, your reservation can be transferred into another name at your request in writing. Please note that if you sell your room, ResNetwork will not accept third party payments or requests.

How do I cancel a reservation?
Please see your confirmation for your specific cancellation terms and conditions. Our standard special event accommodations policy is that all bookings are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

What if there will be more than two adults in the room?
Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in the rooms at a charge (usually between $20.00-$50.00 per person). Some hotels and most vacation rentals have a limit on how many people can stay in a room. This may be listed on the Lodging Information page.

Are rollaway beds/cribs available?
Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cribs (typically at a charge between $20.00-$50.00 each). Please ask your Customer Care Agent if these fees will apply for the hotel you are booking. Some hotels also have restrictions on what room types will allow rollaway beds or if they are even allowed under the hotel's local fire code. This may be listed on the Property Information page. If special requests are accepted, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and itemized list on your account statement/ confirmation.

Can I specify where I would like my room located in the hotel?
If special requests are accepted by the lodging, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests that will be submitted to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability.

Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
Many hotels offer shuttle service to and from the airport. This may be listed on the specific Property Information page. If it is offered, there may be a charge by the hotel for this service.

Is there shuttle service to the event?
Some hotels will offer shuttle service for a fee to the event. ResNetwork Customer Care Agents can provide you with the telephone number to a private car/ bus or guide you through public transportation to the event.

Is parking available at the hotel?
Some hotels offer free parking to their guests, although some may charge. This may be listed on the Property Information page.

What are the directions to the hotel?
The location information of the hotel is sometimes listed on the Property Information page. This can identify the distance from the hotel to certain landmarks or the airport.

Do hotels have minimum age requirements?
Please be aware that some hotels may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room. For example, some hotels with casinos may require you to be 21 years of age to check into a room. Please inquire with a Customer Care Agent or with the hotel directly. Please be aware that in Canada, if the hotel has a casino, then no one under the age of 18 is allowed to stay on the premises.

Why can't I book my room on-line?
