How to Make Your Reservation

After visiting the Property Information pages of the hotels that are available for the event you will be attending, please call us at (800) 571-8409 and request your reservation. Or, you can send an email to and have a Customer Care Agent call you back.

Our Customer Care Agent will guide you through the booking process, explain our reservation policies and procedures, and input your reservation through the system. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via fax or email that you will need to sign and return to ResNetwork to verify your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or will accept company check or money order.

Once your reservation has been processed, you will receive a fax/ email confirmation from ResNetwork. When you receive it, simply verify that the information is correct, sign, and either email or fax back. That's it — you are all set.

Please be advised that our room availability inventory changes daily. For large events like the Super Bowl and Final Four, room availability inventory often changes hourly so be sure to ask if reservations are still available. ResNetwork does not accept on-line reservations to help avoid any fraudulent booking.
